5. Payment Terms

• Payment Schedule: Typically 50% advance and 50% upon completion
• Accepted Methods: UPI, bank transfer, PayPal
• Currency: All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges
• Taxes: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechnoviaX Tech shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party actions

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
